Maestro Winery produces a wide variety of wines ranging from traditional to fruit and mead. Many of these have received medal recognition in wine competitions across the country, including three gold medals at the WineMaker International Wine Competition. The goal of Maestro Winery is to provide guests with an artful experience venturing off the normal path. Many wines are produced with unique fruits and ingredients, which adds to the uniqueness of the each bottle. All wines are produced to showcase the specific fruit or grape variety used in each bottle. ​

​The rose petal wine is perhaps the most unique wine offered at Maestro Winery. It is a sweet blush/white wine that offers a wonderful floral bouquet that rivals that of fresh roses. The taste is nothing short of what’s expected from the aroma. Sweet floral notes are experienced from beginning to end with this wine.

The muscadine wines showcase grapes that are traditionally grown in Florida. Muscadine wines can be produced as white, red, or blush and can have a variety of sweetness levels. The muscadine wines offered at Maestro Winery include a mix of dry and sweet wines, all of which feature a grape jam flavor with full body characteristics.

Citrus wines offered at Maestro Winery vary between the traditional citrus fruit varieties found in Florida. Each citrus wine is crisp and clean with tantalizing citrus notes. Some are melded with other flavors, such as the Chocolate Orange wine.
